The Radiation Oncology Clinical Operations Supervisor provides first line clinical and operational oversight, as well as workflow coordination for nursing services across the Mullica Hill and Vineland Radiation Oncology departments. This role ensures consistent, high-quality patient care through staff competency, standardized nursing processes, EMR workflow optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Clinical Operations Supervisor serves as the primary contact for nursing practice issues, quality initiatives, patient-education standards, and alignment with MD Anderson–Cooper partners.
Education & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Required).Bachelor of Science in Nursing – BSN (Required).Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).At least 5 years of experience as an R.N in Oncology (Required; Radiation Oncology preferred).Certification/ Licensure:
Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.American Heart Association BLS required.Physical Requirements
