Clinical Nurse Navigator RN- Oncology Clinic **Southwest Health** 1 Positions ID: 86544 Posted On 01/22/2026 **Job Overview** **Requirements** + Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and have a valid Wisconsin registered nurse license. + Must have knowledge of and understands the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act and RN scope of Practice. + At least three years’ experience in respective department is preferred. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to complete immediately after hire. + Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. + Knowledge of basic office procedures, specialized equipment, and computer systems preferred. **Work Hours** We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) RN to work week days between the hours of 7:30am-4:00pm. **Job Summary** The Clinical Nurse Navigator serves as the primary clinical point of contact for Southwest Health (SWH) oncology patients. This role provides patient-centered care coordination across the continuum of cancer, from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.
