Job Description

As part of our team, you’ll support critical microbiological testing and lab operations that directly impact patient safety and product quality.

What You’ll Do:

Perform microbiological testing including endotoxin and bioburden assaysConduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) samplingHandle water, clean steam, and compressed gas samplingFollow aseptic techniques with precisionSupport general lab duties: cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, and more

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–2 years of relevant lab experienceHands-on experience with standard microbiology methods and aseptic techniqueFamiliarity with cGMP environments (preferred)Ability to multitask, follow SOPs, and keep accurate recordsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetComfortable working independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis toolsAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 8 am-5 pm.  Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply.
