Job Title: Clinical Integration Team Lead Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking a Clinical Integration Technical Lead to join our team in Frederick, MD. This role will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including clinical subject matter experts, software developers, and testers to define technical system requirements based on functional requirements from the user community. The Clinical Integration Technical Lead will work closely with developers to communicate technical requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding, and partner with the test team to ensure they comprehend the mapping between functional and technical requirements, and that all requirements are covered in testing. Responsibilities include demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective time management while following direction, and operating independently with minimal supervision, interfacing with cross-functional teams, suppliers, technical, and support staff. A key aspect of the job will be working with Program level stakeholders to identify, breakdown, and prioritize clinical features, identify innovative opportunities for all support software, work with end users to identify opportunities for all platforms, and provide product demonstrations up to the executive level. **Responsibilities:** Provide Clinical input to Program Management Office This role will serve as a Project Lead, providing management and clinical input for the development and support of all fielded and development products within an Agile-based program. The Clinical Integration Technical Lead plays an integral role in supporting all Agile ceremonies. **Key responsibilities include:** + Working directly with TLLM (Transformation and Lessons Learned Management), who provides requirements for products in development, to ensure that clinical needs and technical specifications are accurately captured and integrated into the development process. + Providing clinical input and support for Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and clinical requirements. + Defining technical requirements from functional requirements and managing EMR/EHR requirements. + Developing and editing capability documentation. + Assisting with the design and testing of capabilities. + Collaborating with the technology development team to assess new products/solutions that will enhance program of record capabilities/systems. + Providing clinical and technical expertise in assessing and/or developing new technologies that align with current capability gaps. + Supporting management in areas of clinical expertise and requirements gathering. + Providing functional support for deployed systems and post-deployed system support for legacy systems (TC2). + Evaluating JOMIS Health Care Delivery products such as CDP, BATDOK, Theater Blood-Mobile, and MHS Genesis-Theater, and providing feedback to JOMIS. + Conducting PHOENIXMed demonstrations for Army and Joint services, as well as other entities. + Conducting training for MED CDID requested exercise-supported events. + Liaising with medical support personnel in theater and operational health information technology entities such as Med CDID and Army Futures Command. ​ **Responsibilities:** **Required:** + 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical and technical fields, with a strong background in requirements management and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Clinical experience as a credentialed clinician with knowledge of Army medical care processes. + Technical experience with requirements repositories and MS Office. + Requirements experience with a focus on DoW Electronic Health Record Interfaces and expert knowledge of Operational Medical capabilities for documentation and consultation across various platforms and configurations. + Agile/DevSecOps experience supporting the rapid development and integration of software solutions that align with the Army’s 10 Medical Functions in collaboration with other agencies. + DoW experience with expert knowledge of DOW and Army legacy and future Operational Me This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
