**Position Summary:**
As a Clinical Informatics Nurse, you will provide support across all conditions, programs, and other care management application support. You will assist to develop and implement new digital program launches and coordinate response to members’ digital outreach. You will assist with EMR data exception research/correction. The Clinical Informatics Nurse will have a thorough understanding of Accordant Legacy and/or Active Health Management programs; and will leverage that knowledge and experience to quickly move into variations of the program in support of new and changing business needs. Interested individuals may need to accommodate a PTO blackout period 1-2 weeks before and/or 1-2 weeks after major go-live dates. As the Clinical Informatics Nurse, you will be expected to work 1-2 times a month to support after hours production checkout.
**Responsibilities:**
Implements, customizes, and optimizes healthcare information systems and ensures that the systems meet the needs of clinicians.
Streamlines and standardizes workflows, incorporating technology to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality of care.
Develops and maintains documentation templates, guidelines, and policies that comply with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Conducts testing and evaluation of processes and identifies issues or areas for improvement and provides feedback to the team.
Works cross-functionally to support Clinical Operations projects and process improvements to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration and optimal use of program improvements.
+ Attends project meetings and provides insight into nursing workflow to improve processes.
+ Participates in pilots/focus groups and provides data and feedback
+ Participates in end user testing, production validation, conducts business validation of tickets, aids in system updates/re-writes, including organization of testers and testing plans, and functions as superuser with new software or system upgrades.
+ Provides support for staff, IT, and multiple lines of business.
+ Manages assignment by applying nursing and workflow knowledge.
+ Functions as a resource to staff nurses and team to assist with digital processes.
+ Supports peers by: assisting the Training/Education team, fielding general questions, working and monitoring Epic exception reports, working with and supporting IT for troubleshooting, and providing virtual observations.
+ Assists with design, facilitation and monitoring of processes for outreach and response via digital modes of communication.
+ Assists with maintaining staff schedules in Cadence.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years experience as an RN with strong preference for informatics experience and working for Accordant or Active Health Management as a Registered Nurse

+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle changing priorities
+ Exceptional and effective oral and written communication skills
+ Excellent typing and digital literacy skills
+ Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
+ Working knowledge of medical terminology
+ Ability to sit for long periods of time in an office setting or work from home setting.
+ Must be able to work 8hr day shifts with regular and predictable attendance; over-time, evenings, and weekends may be periodically required

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to adapt well to change and embraces utilizing multiple systems and processes to meet business needs

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,095.00 - $129,615.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
