Clinical Desktop Technician
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technician with prior experience supporting end users in a healthcare environment, ideally with exposure to radiology departments, imaging workstations, and PACS systems. This role focuses on hardware/software support, clinical workstation readiness, and ensuring reliable connectivity for radiology modalities and imaging systems. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for clinical and administrative users, including radiology staff. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows‑based workstations and peripheral devices in clinical areas. Support radiology‑specific endpoints such as diagnostic workstations, imaging viewers, voice recognition peripherals, and modality‑connected devices.
