Clinical Coordinator
**Job Title:** **Clinical Data Coordinator** **Location:** 100% Onsite -Maple Grove, MN **Max Bill Rate:** $25-30/hr **Job Summary:** Working under general supervision, the Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC) plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of clinical data in both electronic and paper-based formats. Supporting multiple studies, the CDC is an essential member of the global clinical study team, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Data Management Practices, study protocols, regulatory standards, and Abbott’s Standard Operating Procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform accurate data entry of paper case report forms (CRFs) and process data updates based on approved guidelines and Data Clarification Forms (DCFs). + File and organize processed clinical documents and maintain accurate records. + Support clinical data management activities for both EDC and paper-based studies. + Maintain and manage the study regulatory binder and ensure site regulatory documents are current. + Track and support device shipment and documentation processes. + Collaborate with core labs for data tracking and invoice preparation, as required. + Provide administrative and coordination support to the clinical study team, ensuring compliance with domestic and international GCPs and applicable regulations. + Communicate with in-house Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Project Managers regarding study progress and site management needs. **Required Qualifications:** + Prior experience supporting or working directly with a clinical study team. + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). + Familiarity with Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP). + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to exercise sound judgment in planning and performing tasks. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.
