Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction within the Werfen installed base. Responsible for achieving installed base management and incremental sales goals for Werfen products within assigned geographic area. Direct management responsibility for Clinical Applications Consultants (CAC) who perform installations, validations/verifications and training on Werfen analyzers. Manages on-going clinical support, customer education and consults with customers regarding matters of regulatory requirements and compliance. Conducts activities as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities: 

Within Werfen's territory installed base, responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction, base maintenance and incremental revenue growth. Recruits, hires and trains CACs in a given geographic territory. Plans and organizes the work of the employees and monitors activities and productivity. Provides coaching and mentoring to staff under his/her direction. Deploys field staff to efficiently optimize Werfen maintenance and growth. Interacts with Area Business Manager to provide pre and post-sales support. Responsible for ensuring that customers are provided clinical & technical support and education. Consults with customer on proper operation and clinical utilization of Werfen products. Achieves/maintains consultative level of knowledge of regulatory requirements. Directs staff to seek opportunities to help grow Werfen revenue within assigned accounts. Under direction of the Clinical Applications Director, mentors and provides field training to new hires and proactively assesses their competency. Manages and controls expense budget within the Area. Prepares forecasts and other monthly reports as required by management. Responsible for complying with all regulatory {including ISO) mandated policies, procedures and work instructions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Applications Director

Min Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

Bachelor's degree (medical technology preferred, respiratory therapy, nursing or related scientific discipline) or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years related experience (clinical preferred).Proven technical proficiency and knowledge.Strong planning and organizational skills. Project management skills/experience desirable.Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of the organization.Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication. Demonstrated problem solving skills.Collaboration, capable of executing in a team environment. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

 

International Mobility Required: No

 

Travel Requirements:

75% of time
