Clinical Applications Analyst: Cerner HealtheIntent (FCH)
CTG is seeking a Cerner HealtheIntent Analyst to join our team. The Cerner HealtheIntent Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HealtheIntent applications and supporting infrastructure. This role ensures reliable data ingestion, accurate population health insights, and seamless workflows for end users across clinical and operational teams. The analyst serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting daily operations, user access, and system performance. **Key Responsibilities** **User Account Maintenance** + Manage **user account creation, updates, deactivation, and role assignments** within HealtheIntent. + Ensure appropriate access levels based on job function, security policies, and organizational standards. + Troubleshoot user access issues and coordinate with security teams as needed. **Practice Build & Configuration** + Support **practice build activities** , including configuration of organizations, providers, locations, and attribution logic. + Maintain and update practice‑level settings to support accurate reporting, registries, and population health workflows. + Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure practice configurations align with real‑world workflows. **Server Maintenance & Operational Monitoring** + Perform **daily server maintenance tasks** , including: + Reviewing and validating **daily log files** + Monitoring **data ingestion jobs** + Managing **file uploads** and confirming successful processing + Identify and escalate data quality issues, ingestion failures, or performance anomalies. + Maintain documentation for operational processes and server‑related tasks. **Liaison Between FCH and OH** + Serve as the primary **liaison between FCH and OH** , ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. + **Log, track, and monitor Service Requests (SRs)** with Cerner or internal teams. + Provide status updates, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and ensure follow‑through on outstanding issues. **PowerForms Support** + Support **PowerForms** that integrate with HealtheIntent workflows, ensuring accurate data capture and mapping. + Collaborate with PowerChart and clinical documentation teams to maintain alignment between EHR documentation and HealtheIntent registries. + Troubleshoot data discrepancies related to PowerForms and HealtheIntent ingestion. **Additional Responsibilities** + Participate in upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations, including testing and validation. + Support population health initiatives by ensuring accurate data flow into registries, dashboards, and analytics tools. + Maintain detailed documentation for build configurations, workflows, and operational procedures. + Provide training and support to end users and operational leaders. + Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Experience supporting **Cerner HealtheIntent** or similar population health platforms. + Strong understanding of: + User account and role management + Practice build and configuration + Server and log file monitoring + PowerForms and EHR documentation workflows + SR logging, tracking, and vendor coordination + Ability to analyze data ingestion issues and troubleshoot workflow discrepancies. + Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills. + Familiarity with clinical operations, population health workflows, and data governance. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
