Usage and Advocation for the Analytics Catalog
Ability to develop and modify requested reporting utilizing Reporting Workbench and Radar Dashboards
Ability to develop and modify standard and custom metrics.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization to determine scope and requirements.
Ability to work with other Application Teams to determine ownership and deliverables
Strong focus on Clinical Needs and Workflows - This role will help define/translate requirements from the business to ITAny identified training is completed within the mutually agreed upon timeframe
Resource is able to work within the IS Framework/Demand Process to effectively review and scope work
Resource meets agreed upon timelines with a high degree of accuracy
Resource is comfortable working with all levels of customers
Prior experience working in the healthcare industry
0-2 years of experience in data analysis, report creation and visualization or related field
Familiarity with the Epic EMR system or equivalent system (understand it’s usage and familiar with how it is used to support patient care)

Either Active Epic Certifications related to Cogito, Clinical Build and Data Models or is able to obtain within 6 months from hire. Will consider other active certifications, where relevant.Resource must be comfortable working with IS and Clinical resources.
Strong understanding of clinical concepts/settings and the ability to work with clinical resources to define requirements
Work with other IS resources to support the build of requested work – this will leverage the need for Epic Cogito Certifications Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of the Cogito suite of reporting tools. These include, Radar Reporting/Reporting Workbench and the Epic SlicerDicer Data Models. Provide SME support to Analytics.

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experiencePrior experience working in the healthcare industry
0-2 years of experience in data analysis, report creation and visualization or related field
