**Top Secret / SCI Eligible** **Onsite in DC Metro** **IT Subject Matter Expert – Senior** The IT Subject Matter Expert – Senior will provide expert-level architectural guidance and technical leadership across enterprise collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Power Platform. The team supports rapid mission execution by enabling secure, scalable software solutions, workflow automation, and executive-level reporting across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as technical architect and advisor across Microsoft-based platforms, including SharePoint and Power Platform. + Provide oversight and leadership for solution design, code quality, and implementation practices. + Lead innovation initiatives and recommend best-fit architecture solutions in a Scaled Agile environment. + Champion DevSecOps and modern development practices, ensuring standards through peer reviews and sprint participation. + Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to guide the team on technical execution. + Refine technical requirements and acceptance criteria in coordination with product owners and stakeholders. + Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality technical solutions across the contract team. + Recommend strategies to reduce technical debt and improve system maintainability. **Required Skills and Experience:** + U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility + 8+ years of experience with **SharePoint** (on-premises and SharePoint Online) + 5+ years of experience with **Microsoft Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) + 2+ years of experience with **ActiveDocs** for document automation and templating + Deep understanding of **IT systems architecture, DevSecOps** , and Agile methodologies + Strong collaboration, mentoring, and leadership skills in cross-functional technical environments + Experience supporting secure, executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions + **ITIL V4 Foundation** certified + Certified in **Microsoft Power Platform** + At least one cloud fundamentals certification (e.g., Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) + **Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals** and **Azure Data Fundamentals** required ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
