About the Role:
As a Client Trainer, you will play an active role in customer onboarding by delivering high‑quality training and consulting sessions to ensure effective product adoption for our Tax and Accounting CCH Axcess suite. You will contribute to key processes and projects that strengthen our training programs, enhance the customer experience, and help organizations achieve their business goals
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Business degree preferred).
CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
2+ years as a Tax professional at a public accounting firm and/or experience supporting CCH Axcess Tax products
Strong understanding of federal tax laws and regulations.
Experience preparing or reviewing tax returns with CCH Axcess Tax.
Public speaking and training experience
Proficiency with scan capture software (CCH® ProSystem fx® Scan preferred).
Familiarity with other CCH Axcess modules (e.g., Client Collaboration, Document, Workflow, Practice, iQ, Engagement) is a plus.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with empathy
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective customer training sessions with minimal supervision.
Develop, enhance, and maintain training materials with detailed and accurate content.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve product‑related questions to support successful adoption.
Contribute to the design, customization, and continuous improvement of consulting and training programs.
Facilitate interactive, hands‑on workshops to reinforce learning and build user confidence.
Gather and analyze client feedback to refine training content and improve the learning experience.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure training quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions.
Monitor client learning progress and provide follow‑up support to reinforce best practices.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, enhancements, and best practices.

Travel:
Up to 30% domestic travel during peak times.

Compensation:
$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
