As a Client Technical Onboarding Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank Client Technical Onboarding Team, you guide clients through the technical setup and testing of receivables products. You work closely with us to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values your ideas and supports your professional development. Your role is essential in helping clients achieve their business goals while enhancing our firm’s reputation.

Job Responsibilities

Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirementsFacilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teamsPrepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation optionsUse tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risksEstablish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testingAnalyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolutionSupport clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementationCollaborate with production teams to provide timely status updatesAttend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledgeIdentify process gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of initiativesAdhere to all department policies and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in banking, treasury, product, or project managementStrong client servicing skills, with a focus on clear communication and relationship buildingExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProven analytical skills and attention to detailEffective issue resolution and escalation capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independentlyCollaborative mindset and ability to work well in team environmentsWillingness to learn and adapt to changeProfessional qualifications as required by region (e.g., Enhanced Competency Framework certifications in Hong Kong)Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
