Job responsibilities

Provide technical support for strategic business change and data engineering programsLead proactive enhancements of tax services and data through Intelligent Automation solutionsPromote and implement improved operating procedures and robust data controlsAnalyse and present business-critical data elements to team members and stakeholdersCollaborate with colleagues in Client Tax Operations, Product Development, Product Management, and Technology partners across various global locationsConduct root-cause analysis of recurring data or procedural issuesIdentify, escalate, and participate in the resolution of risk incidentsSupport utility and site people agenda and wellbeing initiatives

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated knowledge of operational tax or data analytics within financial services, specifically in global custody or investment bankingStrong technical mindset with proven experience of Alteryx, Python and other low code applicationsData visualisation experience turning raw data into Tableau DashboardsProven ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and procedural changes to clients and stakeholders, showcasing process improvement experienceSuccessful internal and external communication and problem-solving experienceProven experience in environments where risk awareness and accuracy are critical within strict deadlines
