Job Summary
As a Client Tax Associate within the Operations Team, you will modify client information based on daily maintenance requests and assist with training documents. You will liaise with cross line of business partners, manage team allocations, and ensure compliance with guidelines to achieve business results. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, promoting process improvements, and maintaining a robust operational environment.
Job Responsibilities
Modify client information based on daily maintenance requests and verify data corrections across systems.Assist with training documents and train staff on new and revised processes.Implement a control function platform and maintain procedure documents to drive a control-centric environment.Liaise with cross line of business partners to achieve business improvements and system enhancements.Manage team allocations, assess work capacity, and identify process efficiencies for improvement activities.Ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures, and regulations to achieve Service Level Agreements.Raise and escalate issues, highlight risks and dependencies, and present mitigation options.
