Job Purpose
ICE Data Analytics has a unique opportunity for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join a team responsible for providing high quality, professional services in support of various Fixed Income Analytics platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support and monitor customer specific processing with accuracy and diligence to ensure users are able to maximize use of the various fixed income desktop productsPerforms other duties such as coverage analysis for prospective clients, process sample/demo portfolios and generate reports as requestedAnalyze, research, and respond to client queries in fast paced environment via phone, email and chat in a professional mannerMaintain regular contact with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service is providedWork closely with various team such as Product, Quality Assurance, Data and Development to resolve client concernsKnowledge and Experience
3 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical support role or 1 year experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalentProven effectiveness in a role that requires multi-tasking and strong customer soft skillsDemonstrated ability to confidently deliver solutions and resolve issuesTeam-oriented, demonstrates a professional and cooperative attitudeExhibits flexibility, can multi-task several priorities to completion, finishes ad hoc projects and requests when needed
