Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Client Support Admin to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting administrative operations, engaging in customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination.Maintain records, organize documentation, and prepare standard office materials.Manage daily mail, shipping, and supply ordering.Support overall office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist clients with basic inquiries and direct them to the correct internal contact.Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and represent the company with professionalism.Work closely with insurance agents, leadership, and support staff on day-to-day needs.Coordinate with management during periods of staff transition and support business continuity.Essential Skills
1 to 2 years of admin support or retail customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Professional demeanor with strong customer-service instincts.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Outgoing personality with a strong desire to problem solve.Interest in long-term growth within the insurance industry, including opportunities in licensing and account management.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfax, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.44/hr.
