**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Senior Associate Client Success Specialist at NTT DATA, your primary goal is to support the building and maintenance of strong client relationships, driving value for our clients and enhancing their overall experience with us. You will oversee multiple small-to-medium-scale contracts, guiding clients through our Client Success Management Charters of Adoption, Expansion, and renewal.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure clients successfully interact with our services and optimize their engagement. You will handle escalations, facilitate satisfactory outcomes, and help clients realize demonstrable value from our offerings. Your proactive approach will be key in achieving revenue targets through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
You will work closely with sales and client/service delivery teams to deliver in-contract growth and ensure successful, on-time renewals. By demonstrating the value delivered throughout the contract lifecycle, you will minimize churn and seek opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling as part of the renewal process.
Additionally, you will be an active member of our regional and Global Client Success Management practice, adopting standard methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and contribute to the overall success of our client success initiatives.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
+ Knowledge of our offerings and services, including core functionality, pricing, and client benefits.
+ Ability to interpret client business strategies/plans and identify opportunities for our solutions/services.
+ Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify up-sell opportunities and close deals.
+ Ability to execute on-time renewals with minimal volume or price churn.
+ Good understanding of the IT service environment, service operations, and ITIL practices.
+ Understanding of financial statements and metrics to hold strategic client conversations.
+ Familiarity with our operating model and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
+ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid relationships up to the management level.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, sales, business science or a related field is strongly preferred.
+ Financial acumen knowledge and understanding.
