Job Description
We are seeking a Client Success Associate to support our customer success team in managing client accounts. The successful candidate will resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems. You will analyze data to build insightful analytical reports monthly and quarterly for account reviews, and develop strategies to retain and grow our customer base. Your role will involve identifying buying traits and developing leads for the sales team while ensuring adherence to all SOPs and quality standards specific to donor screening and confirmatory testing. Coordination with internal teams to provide timely responses is also essential.
Responsibilities
+ Support the customer success team with managing client accounts.
+ Resolve complex customer issues using various tools and systems.
+ Analyze data to build monthly and quarterly analytical reports for account reviews.
+ Develop strategies to retain and grow the customer base.
+ Identify buying traits and develop leads for the sales team.
+ Ensure adherence to all SOPs and quality standards specific to donor screening and confirmatory testing.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses.
Essential Skills
+ Three or more years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or relevant leadership roles.
+ Experience in negotiation, growth, customer success, or client engagement.
+ High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Experience managing large enterprise to mid-market healthcare clients.
+ Proficiency with IT systems (RCM, telehealth) and tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Halo, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ One year of Salesforce experience preferred.
+ Experience in data management, data entry, and compliance.
+ Experience in expanding client relationships and preferred experience in business development roles.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 2pm-11pm (training will be Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm), or Sunday to Thursday, 9pm-6am (training will be Sunday to Thursday). You will work in a well-lit, air-conditioned office environment. The role requires manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and normal or corrected vision and hearing. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
