Job Description
Join a dynamic team in supporting customer success by managing client accounts, resolving complex customer issues, and developing data analytical reports for account reviews. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to retain and grow customer relationships while ensuring adherence to quality standards in donor screening and confirmatory testing.
ResponsibilitiesManage client accounts and support the customer success team.Resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.Analyze data to create monthly and quarterly data analytical reports for account reviews.Develop strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.Identify buying traits and develop leads for the sales team.Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards specific to donor screening and confirmatory testing.Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses to clients.Essential SkillsThree or more years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or relevant leadership roles.Proficiency in negotiation, growth strategies, and customer engagement.Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.Experience managing large enterprise to mid-market healthcare clients.Familiarity with IT systems such as RCM, telehealth, and tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Halo, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, and Teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferably one year of Salesforce experience.Experience expanding client relationships and business development roles.Work Environment
Work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2pm-11pm. The role entails working in well-lit, air-conditioned, and heated environments, but may include confined spaces and non-climate controlled conditions. There might be exposure to electrical and chemical hazards typical of an office environment. The position requires flexibility to work at any time, including evenings, nights, weekends, and being on-call 24/7 to support client and business needs. Travel requirements include 20% travel, occasionally out of town and overnight stays, with the ability to use a personal motor vehicle for company business. Physical requirements involve sitting, standing, walking, and bending during working hours, with the ability to reach, lift, and carry up to 20 lbs. Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination are necessary, along with normal or corrected vision and hearing.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
