Client Solutions Junior Specialist

Client Solutions Specialist role is based in our Warsaw office in the Client Solutions Team - CST, which is a unique place. In this role you will have a chance to develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer’s clients and consultants in the Mobility solutions area.

We will count on you to:

Support the team with daily workload and when required to work directly with multinational clients

Advise our internal consultants and clients on Mercer Mobility products, services and tools

Cooperate with market consultants – providing sales support (sales presentations, product information, preparing contracts, contacting clients etc.)

Answer day-to-day client queries via email and phone

Provide one-on-one demo/presentations on Mercer on-line platforms and methodology for clients

Communicate and cooperate with colleagues from other teams and departments internally

 

What you need to have:

Experience in the areas of professional customer services

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Proficiency in Excel and overall MS Office

Strong attention to details, being able to peer review documents

Well-developed organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

Client success mindset and ease in professional communication

Ability to work full-time

 

What makes you stand out:

Market research, HR, or Mobility area experience

Experience in sales and/or negotiations with clients

Previous work or study related to international exposure

Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian)
