As a Client Solutions Architect Manager in the Merchant Services Commercialization team you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.
Job responsibilities
Monitors the health and performance of beta and pilot products to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for improvementConducts comprehensive data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and forecast future outcomesLeads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningEngages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutionsIdentifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback Safeguards a positive client experience through structured tollgates, pre-defined blueprints, and actively monitored feedbackManages solution advancement from beta/pilot to general availabilityMitigates blockers that prevent product readiness and client adoptionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of productsDemonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningExperience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineersStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategiesExcellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse teamsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficiency in Tableau or Alteryx for data visualization and analysisExperience using SQL for data mining and analysisProven track record in creating dashboards and scorecards to visualize data insights and track performance metricsExperience in data visualization, with a preference for candidates who have developed visual tools to support business objectives
