Description
•\tEstablish and maintain relationships with retail customers, consumers and outside sales team.
•\tProcess sales orders and communicate any errors in payment terms and/or price discrepancies to the customer or salesperson
•\tProcess returns requests for designated accounts
•\tAnswer incoming telephone calls
•\tResponsible for managing calls with one call resolution
•\tDevelop knowledge of product form and function
•\tUnderstand customer sales programs, sales promotions
•\tProcess all requests for sales and show samples
•\tWork with Supply Chain on orders for large and out of stock quantities/recovery timing
•\tWork with Credit Department on orders on credit hold and on pricing disputes
•\tTrack all roll out orders to ensure they arrive on time
•\tWork with our warehouse staff to ensure that orders ship on time with customer’s specific shipping requirements addressed
•\tPrepare documents to refute customer fines and utilize their portals to file rebuttals with customers
•\tUpdate customer web sites with information such as tracking information, weight of orders and confirmation numbers
•\tTroubleshoot product related issues to final resolve. Research information as needed
•\tPrepare warranty, parts and replacement product orders
•\tRespond to incoming information requests via email
•\tParticipate in technical training classes, develop on-going understanding of product installation, operation, and troubleshooting techniques
•\tPerform other duties as assigned
