Our client, a confidential professional services organization, is seeking two Client Services Representatives to join their onsite team in Boston. This is a 3-6 month contract role starting February 9, with potential to convert to full-time based on performance and ongoing feedback. The position pays $22/hour with conversion salary starting around $46K. Hours follow a rotating schedule (up to 35 hours per week max), with shifts ranging between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and 11:00 AM-7:00 PM; schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients regarding products and accountsProcess financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with established proceduresResolve basic account questions and escalate complex issues as neededCommunicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and written correspondenceDocument calls accurately and maintain proper recordsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve client inquiriesPerform additional duties as assigned by management

Candidate Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent work experiencePrior customer service experience preferredStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProfessional demeanor and genuine interest in client support roles
