You'll support a team of Retail Sales professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced dynamic environment in Graphic Design Production Marketing. **What You'll Do:** + Apply templates to produce aerials, tour books, maps, site plans, and client packages. + Organize and edit client-specific aerials in response to their needs. + Review aerial and map material specifications. + Act as a point of contact for centralized retail mapping for your team's sales professionals. + Ensure the timely completion and submission of aerials, maps, and various client-specific property data in templated CBRE and client property information packages. + Track, collate, and maintain inventory of client maps, aerials, and site plans. + Follow specific standardized procedures to set results and timelines. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Examples include InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. + GIS (Geographic Information System) / Mapping background preferred. + An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. + Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner. + Solid organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach. + General math skills.
