This position will serve as a vital connection between their clients and attorneys. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, building sustainable relationships through responsive and professional communication. • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, actively listen to client needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns. • Act as liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and service. • Answer phones professionally, direct callers to appropriate personnel and attorneys. • Meet personal and Client Service team targets and call handling quotas. • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Skills and Requirements • Minimum of 1 to 2 years preferred experience answering and taking phone calls. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Superior organizational and multitasking abilities with time management. • Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. • Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. • Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook and Teams. • Previous experience in the legal field
