In-office attendance is required at either our Seminole, FL, Tampa, FL or Leesburg, FL locations). This is not a virtual position.
Dependable transportation to any of our four office locations (Tampa, Seminole, Leesburg & Gainesville, FL) is required when support is requested from advisors.
If not fully licensed, can immediately begin studying for the Florida Insurance, and investment licenses.
Experience in the banking, insurance or financial industry is preferred.
Assist with client meeting preparation to include creating reports, research and making recommendations.
Ensure the advisor’s meetings prep is complete and ready for advisors to access and review at least 48 hours before the client’s meeting.
Sit in on client meetings to take notes and delegate tasks that need to be completed during or after the meeting.
Own the entire meeting wrap-up process from start to finish which includes holding advisors accountable for providing needed or missing information and delegating tasks to team.
Submit transaction requests and track/follow-up on transactions as directed by financial advisor, including money movements and trades.
Conduct client check-in calls to follow up on items tasked from service meetings.
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts.
Actively contribute and update CRM system based on client interactions.
Take ownership and work with the team and home office to ensure positive resolution of client issues.
Set up clients on the online portal and educate clients about features of the website and App.
Monitor advisors’ email and reply to client requests in a timely manner.
Provide insight and recommendations to the team by effectively using key tools (MOD, Go Social, Advisor website, etc.) that help lead to Client satisfaction.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy.
Maintain a highly compliant and ethical standard in all clients and team interactions.
Assign and delegate work and provide feedback, when appropriate, to other support staff.
Perform any other allowable duty as assigned by the Financial Advisor(s) and Practice Manager.
