As a Client Service Associate in Commercial and Investment Banking, you will manage relationships with clients, providing support for complex treasury and cash management products and services. You will drive continuous improvement by applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance our operating platform. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, leverage technology, and participate in project management activities to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Job responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing issues and conducting annual reviews Enhance the efficiency and resilience of the operating platform through innovative techniques and continuous service improvement Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, using persuasion skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to implement new technology, leveraging data and tech literacy Engage in project management activities, including planning, execution, and addressing concerns with sponsors and impacted parties Solicit client input and feedback to determine service improvements and influence product recommendations Identify opportunities for digital tools to offer self-service solutions and participate in deal team meetings for new products and services

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum of 5 years of client-facing work experience in a financial services environment Experience in managing client relationships and applying innovative techniques for process improvement Proven ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders Experience leveraging data and technology to collaborate with internal teams Ability to provide quantifiable reporting and present findings Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating, and organizational skills Strategic thinking with adaptability to change and demonstrated team-building skills
