The Client Service Team is a critical part of our Commercial & Investment Bank business.
As a Client Service Associate within our Client Service Team, you will play a critical role in executing our vision of superior client service. You will be responsible for various customer service, relationship management, and process simplification activities, as well as operational controls for an assigned portfolio of clients. This role provides an opportunity to serve as the primary point of service contact for each client within your assigned portfolio, which may be comprised of operating transactional accounts and complex treasury products. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate and address client issues, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability for client satisfaction through effective problem ownership Resolve issues by identifying underlying problems and patterns Develop and deliver Automation solution as planned Develop expertise in commercial treasury management products and services Identify and mitigate risks to prevent fraudulent account behavior and potential fraud exposure Promote change management related to ongoing maintenance of delivered automation projects Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and practices Maintain a confident and professional presence with clients, other bank departments, and the community Contribute to projects aimed at improving client service delivery through innovation Work independently with supervision, escalating complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests promptly.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a techno-functional role across areas like process automation, operations, accounting, technology, analytics, training, and process improvement, with client interaction exposure.You must hold a Bachelor's degree or above Demonstrate familiarity with a global bank's processes and strong business knowledge in Investment Banking, Retail & Commercial business, including product, process, and system knowledge. Develop and modify automation scripts and macros using Python and/or VBA independently, with the ability to understand existing codebases, implement enhancements, and troubleshoot issues. Communicate and present information effectively using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Consult with project stakeholders, facilitating compromises and resolving conflicting requirements, while building and fostering internal relationships. Manage people and process elements, ideally as a business project manager, understanding human change elements in project delivery. Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing work to achieve them. Adapt to global working hours with flexibility.
