Description Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a well-established Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in Palo Alto seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and service high-net-worth clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, detail-oriented, and deeply involved in the day-to-day servicing of investment portfolios. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting advisors with operational and administrative needs. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness + Support Financial Advisors with account onboarding, maintenance, and asset transfers + Prepare and process custodial paperwork across platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing + Coordinate client meeting preparation, including reports, performance summaries, and presentation materials + Process daily transactions including wires, ACHs, journals, and account updates + Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution + Liaise with custodians and internal teams to resolve operational or client-related inquiries + Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and portfolio management systems + Assist with compliance-related tasks, audits, and regulatory documentation as needed + Identify opportunities to improve client service workflows and operational efficiency Requirements + Prior experience in client service, operations, or associate roles within an RIA or wealth management firm + Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or TD Ameritrade + Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail + Professional communication style and client-first mindset + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment + Series 7 and/or 66 is a plus, but not required If you have experience supporting advisors and delivering white-glove service to clients and are curious to learn more, please apply and send a message on LinkedIn to Jennifer Fukumae.
