Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
College degree , or equivalent work experience.Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, sales, or portfolio management.Baseline knowledge of client service operations, including transaction processing and troubleshooting.Demonstrated ability to apply policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities efficiently.Highly organized with attention to detail and data integrity.Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated professional presence and flexibility to meet evolving needs.
