**Job Description:**
The Client Reporting analyst performs under supervision client report production on a timely, complete and accurate manner for both internal and external clients. This includes preparation of periodic client reports and Factsheet through gathering, validating and consolidating various source data from different groups across all regions. The role is responsible in validating the translated Traditional and Simplified Chinese Fund Factsheets across Asia. The global client reporting analyst must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.
**Role and Responsibilities**
• Perform full quality checking of Fund Factsheet including Chinese translation.
• Candidate must be able to spot or identify issues on data and presentation both English and Traditional/Simplified Chinese in Fund Factsheet.
• Facilitate the completion of periodic complex custom report for both internal and external client.
• Perform end to end preparation of periodic Investment Management Report for Institutional Clients managed by Manulife Investment Management and Fund Factsheets for Retail Clients across Asia region.
• Preparation and review of complex customed reports requested by internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure all data is collated, checked, and presented per internal SLAs to meet client reporting deadlines.
• Identify and escalate possible issues in data accuracy and presentation of client report.
• Assist BU initiative project and process improvement.
• Respond to inquiries, on both a recurring and ad hoc basis related to client reporting.
• Spearhead projects and process improvements.
• Perform New Fund setup and Change Request management in accurate and timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
• Proficient in reading both Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Ability to speak Chinese is considered an advantage.
• A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, etc)
• Experience of at least 1 year in Investment Management or Financial Services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Client focused with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong relationship management skills to build enduring and productive alliances across matrix organizations. Experience in partnering with a diverse team located in multiple locations and time zones
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge and understanding of process design, as well as productivity improvement methodologies
• Open-minded and a strong out-of-the-box thinker who challenges status-quo
• Professional attitude and client service orientation; collaborative and results-oriented
