As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting the Client Relations team. **Job Title:** Client Relationship Specialist **Location:** Agoura Hills, CA **Starting pay rate:** $19.00 - 21.00 **Shift:** Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm **What's the Job?** + Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored support. + Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. + Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with attention to detail. + Maintain and expand your database of prospects for ongoing relationships. + Assist with receptionist duties, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. **What's Needed?** + 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Processing. + Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. + Strong written and oral communication skills in English. + Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
