Client Relationship Management (Employee Benefits) - Senior Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relation in Employee Benefit team at Marsh Indonesia. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Client Relationship Management (Employee Benefits) - Senior Analyst, you will be the trusted advisor and primary liaison for our clients in the employee benefits insurance space. Your role is to deeply understand clients’ workforce needs and risk profiles, and design, negotiate, and deliver tailored insurance brokerage solutions that protect and enhance employee benefits programs.

We will count on you to:

Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, focusing on their employee benefits insurance needs.

Act as the client’s advocate within Mercer Marsh Benefits, coordinating with placement, claims, and consulting teams to deliver comprehensive insurance brokerage services.

Analyze client employee benefits programs and risk exposures to identify opportunities for improved coverage, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and renewal negotiations with confidence and professionalism.

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and insurance product developments to provide clients with timely, strategic advice.

Support the delivery of seamless service and claims advocacy to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs in employee benefits insurance.

What you need to have: 

Strong knowledge of employee benefits insurance brokerage, including health, disability, life, and ancillary benefits.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence client decisions.

Proven experience in client relationship management or brokerage within the employee benefits insurance sector.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.

Collaborative mindset with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Medical Doctor, Human Resources or related field preferred.
