Responsible for administrative support of internal and customers regarding filing status and flow of business filings.
Job Duties
Answer phones; determine caller need, research questions, answer questions, and resolves customer problems. Utilizes state agencies to determine filing status and report out to customers.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 3 years customer service experience.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree.
Experience: 1 year prior experience in sales/customer service experience. Experience of working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English Read and Write).
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
