Client Partnership and Events Associate
**What You'll Do** Our Global Distribution Operations team is looking for an Experienced Client Partnership & Events Associate to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build world-class events that leave a lasting impression! If this sounds like something you enjoy and have experience doing, we’d like you to join our dynamic team and help us deliver flawless event experiences that align with our brand strategy and business needs. + Coordinate small to medium-sized events efficiently to meet business unit, company, compliance, and regulatory needs. + Proactively work on yearly strategies in collaboration with the team for events. + Manage logistics such as speaker selection, scheduling, and budgeting efficiently. + Research and managing components which may include, activity selection, food and beverage selection, entertainment, rentals, transportation and on-site logistics. + Oversee pre- and post-event execution by coordinating communications, materials, and logistics in advance, and managing follow-up, data tracking, and sales activation initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes. + Work with internal and external partners on details around webinars, conferences, meetings, and events, which includes our marketing, operations, compliance, finance, and other stakeholders to support event-related and non-event related initiatives. + Additional support will be given to our Client Group across the Asset Management organization with ad-hoc projects, and monthly, quarterly, and annual priorities. **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required + Minimum of 4 years of related experience required (conference, meeting, event planning) **Skills That Will Help You Stand Out** + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills required + Strong analytical, negotiation, and collaborations skills + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure, including responding quickly to change and challenges, and operate with sense of urgency on all projects + Some travel, including overnight stays required (up to 20%) + Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds + Salesforce experience desired **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $73150 - $109200 / year **Salary Details** The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. + Des Moines, Iowa, Client Partnership and Event Associate: $73,150 - $86,450 / year + Folsom, California, Client Partnership and Event Associate: $92,400 - 109,200 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. **Pension Eligible** No **Location/Work Enviroment** We’re open to considering in-office or hybrid talent.
