As a Client Onboarding Documentation Analyst within Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for researching and preparing all necessary documents for account openings and services for our commercial customers. You will educate clients and internal partners on authorization and Treasury Services product documentation requirements, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the account opening and client documentation workflow, including creation, collection, negotiation oversight, and execution.Oversee the documentation process for external clients and internal business partners throughout the documentation life cycle.Communicate effectively through email and phone with external clients and internal business partners.Conduct research for product setup and account opening to assess documentation requirements on internal systems.Ensure documentation conforms to the Bank’s legal guidelines, policies, and standards, mitigating risks through adherence to the control framework.Ensure deal deliverables are met, managing implementation issues, escalations, and error resolution.Demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment in decision-making.Adhere to policy and procedures, meeting or exceeding established Service Level Agreements.Maintain diligent awareness of risks in processes and address them in a timely manner.Exhibit ownership, escalation, and resolution of risk issues promptly.Establish clear timelines and manage documentation requirements to set clear expectations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Relevant experience or knowledge of legal documentation, account products, entity organizational documents, tax documentation, and other documentation types.Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy.Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems, and provide viable account and documentation solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to successfully manage conflict.Strong time management and organizational skills.Working knowledge of risk factors impacting specific products and industries.Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Paralegal or Juris Doctor certificate.Data Analytics expertise.Experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
