Job Responsibilities:
Guide clients through a seamless onboarding experience with J.P. Morgan Mobility Payment Solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration onto the platform.Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout their onboarding journey, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.Help clients understand complex KYC requirements and assist them in meeting these.Demonstrate initiative and independence in managing onboarding tasks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.Exhibit a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client success on the platform.Have an interest in technology and the motor industry, aiding in understanding the unique requirements of clients in these sectors.Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Qualification in business administration, finance or a related discipline, with previous years’ experience in a Credit, Anti-Fraud or Compliance areaExperience in a Client Onboarding/Compliance position or similar decision-making role is required. Experience within the Merchant Service/Payments industry may be substituted in place of compliance experience.Strong decision-making skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment while performing multiple tasks is required.Proficiency in PC skills, including the ability to work with Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Able to provide professional communication via phone, email, and in person when interacting w/ internal and external customers.Analytical/problem solving skills.Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in a business, finance, or accounting-related field.
