Client Manager - Financial Services Group (Global & Corporate) The FSG Global Corporate team is responsible for the broking strategy and placement of all financial lines business across Aon’s Global Corporate clients. You will be working closely with the Global Corporate Client Directors and the FSG team to delivery financial lines insurance solutions and consulting services to meet client needs. What the day will look like Placement Of Financial Lines Programmes: Oversee the placement of Financial Lines insurance classes for a portfolio of Global and Corporate clients, ensuring tailored risk solutions that address each client’s unique needs. Business Development: Drive growth through policy wording reviews, supporting tenders with expert commentary, and participating in new business presentations to prospective clients. Market Relationships: Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with insurance carriers, proactively negotiating optimal risk transfer arrangements. Product Leadership: Contribute to our Product Practice Groups, developing collateral to support business initiatives and knowledge-sharing. Regulatory Awareness: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and case law developments, ensuring compliance and high advisory standards. Client Service Excellence: Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure client retention, generate revenue, and deliver additional Aon services that add value for our clients. Industry Representation: Elevate Aon’s profile by participating in key speaking engagements and industry events within the Financial Lines sector. Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions, including PI, D&O and Crime Excellent cross selling abilities A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated success in managing client relationships Strong stakeholder management Qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act (minimum Tier 1 Broking Compliance) A high level of understanding of client profitability How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
