Join a high‑performing national team in a business with strong growth opportunities Take ownership of your own Education sector insurance portfolio Ideal for an ambitious, organised self‑starter who thrives on building relationships and delivering results Client Manager – Education | Melbourne We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our Melbourne‑based National Team, specialising in the delivery of best‑in‑class risk and insurance solutions for top‑tier mid‑market clients in the Education sector. You will manage a key portfolio of Education clients and work closely with your team members and Regional Manager to drive growth, strengthen retention, and enhance client outcomes. This is a pivotal role in delivering on our long‑term growth ambitions in this segment and offers regular exposure to senior leadership. What the day will look like Lead and grow an Education‑focused client portfolio of varying sizes and complexity Own key stakeholder relationships and continually enhance the client experience Identify development opportunities across your portfolio and design fit‑for‑purpose servicing and risk solutions Develop new and profitable business within the National segment Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business and the Education segment Achieve renewal, organic growth and new business targets Coach, mentor and support team members within the region, contributing to a high‑performance culture Skills and experience which will lead to success This position will suit someone who is results‑driven, commercially astute and client‑focused, with the following experience and attributes: Demonstrated client relationship management capabilities, ideally in a complex or corporate environment Experience or strong interest in insurance and risk management for Education sector clients First‑class communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and present to senior stakeholders A keen entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of winning and growing new business Solid technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Tier 1 qualification (essential).
