Job Description Summary

The Client Intelligence Lead’s role works closely with our research, data & analytics and sales teams to provide specific targeting information to inform and guide our business development activities.

Using the vast amount of data that is held within the C&W business, interpreting the outcomes and making considered suggestions as to where there are opportunities to fill white space for clients, service lines & sectors. Developing an understanding of the EMEA and Global strategy and areas of focus, then using data to ensure that we are efficiently targeting the right clients or areas of untapped potential. Working closely with the Heads of Investor and Occupier Services, to provide insights relating to both overarching client types.

Working closely with the Key client, Pursuit Strategy and Bid & Pitch to deliver a joined-up approach to winning more work with existing and bringing in new clients. Working under the guidance of the Head of Sales Enablement to ensure consistency and leverage of the key client program, bid & pitch team, providing operational excellence across the EMEA region.

Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Collating and interpreting data to support regional and local sales, and transaction related activities, driving appropriate opportunities and leads into the business.Providing data and insights relating to large mandates and Game-changing projects, working with the Pursuit Strategy Manager and the EMEA Pitch Panel to ensure we are in a prime position if/when the competitive pitch comes out to market.Working with the research, marketing and digital teams to review and follow up on the leads generated from campaigns and events.Working with the D&A team to develop and upgrade the Sales Hub platforms to support strategic targeting activity, responding to business needs and proactive.Proactively highlighting trends and themes from the changes in data and market insight.Working with the research teams to develop sector specific content and marketing teams to develop go-to-market campaigns.Providing seamless interaction between, the Research, Innovation, Data & Analytics teams to provide well rounded insight that can be used to actively target efficiently.Providing a conduit from local teams and appropriate expertise across the business to deliver solutions to client, for example; sustainability, workplace, repurposing.Line managing an analyst to deliver background work and insight.Performing other related duties as required or requested.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience in similar roles in professional services or real estate sectorBachelor Degree or Equivalent in Research, or Economics, Property background preferredRole that have had responsibility for research, digital channels, data & insightsExperience in setting and implementing client-focused strategies that deliver business outcomesProven track record in project managementUnderstanding of the sales processTeam management experienceExcellence written and oral communication skills (presentation, written)Research and data analytics tools including data visualization skills, using tools like Power BIAssimilating, reviewing and analyzing data, providing insight linking to client strategy and targetingStakeholder management across local business leadersStrategic and lateral thinkingAbility to prioritize projects and resources, driving actions and ensuring timely deliveryStrong capability to problem-solve with the ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment
