Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Client Implementation Manager/Coordinator to join their team. As a Client Implementation Manager/Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting high-revenue clients who utilize treasury products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Client Implementation Manager/Coordinator
**Location:** Atlanta, GA (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
**Position type:** 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as the primary contact for the sales team, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
+ Conduct independent analyses of clients' Treasury Services, including scorecards and documentation reviews.
+ Proactively engage with clients to enhance relationships and drive client satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with operations to resolve complex escalated issues and promote self-service opportunities.
+ Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation process.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 2 years of client servicing or customer service experience.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
