Assisting customers with planning and booking their dream vacationsServing as the main point of contact for guests and travel partners via phone and emailRecommending upgrades, add-ons, and personalized options to enhance each tripAccurately entering reservation and customer information into our systemsProviding professional, friendly, solution-focused customer supportMaintaining consistent attendance and following schedule expectations
