Job Description

We are seeking a Client Experience Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to clients. This role requires a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to ensure a positive first impression and a smooth experience for all visitors to the clinic.

ResponsibilitiesProvide a welcoming and empathetic client-facing experience.Set up the clinic at the start of the day.Close the clinic at the end of the day.Support payment and billing processes.No phone management required due to satellite phone support.Essential Skills6+ months to 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong customer service skills.Front desk experience.Client relationship management.Client-centric approach.Exceptional communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsWarm, inviting, and professional demeanor.Solutions-oriented mindset.Receptionist or secretarial skills.Work Environment

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, starting at 6:30 AM, with rotating weekends (every third weekend Saturday/Sunday, with a day off before and after if working Saturday/Sunday). The clinic offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career conversion, as evidenced by past employees transitioning into recruiting roles after three years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
