LSL Land & New Homes is one of the UK’s leading specialists in providing tailored property solutions to housebuilders, developers and buyers - including part exchange, new build sales support and shared ownership services.

 

We are looking for a Client Experience Advisor to join The PX & Shared Ownership Hub in Nottingham.

 

As a Client Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the property sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you’ll support both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process - ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships with all parties involved.

 

Working as a Client Experience Advisor you will receive:

Working hours 

Alternating working pattern. Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Week 2 - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

One in Three Saturdays (9am to 3pm) or Sundays (10am to 4pm) as per a rota paid as overtime.

 

Main Accountabilities & Key Objectives:

Manage a portfolio of property sales from pre-market listing through to legal completionRespond to all sales enquiries and purchaser applications in line with agreed SLAsLog all activity within CRM systems (e.g., Agent OS), maintaining accurate and timely recordsOversee performance of marketing agents and suppliers to ensure effective property exposure and timely salesKeep all stakeholders informed at every stage of the process, maintaining transparency and trustEnsure accurate invoicing on exchange and maintain full audit trail for all transactionsClose files post-completion with all documentation and compliance actions fulfilledProvide excellent service to both clients and buyers to promote long-term business relationshipsAttend regular client meetings and report on portfolio activityMonitor property listings for accuracy and presentation on portalsWork towards and contribute to individual and team financial targets

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:

Previous experience in the property sector, particularly in estate agency or new build homesFamiliarity with the Shared Ownership purchase process, including HCA calculators and share percentagesStrong understanding of the property sales and conveyancing processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA natural relationship builder with great customer service abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressure, prioritising effectivelyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsNegotiation skills and commercial awareness are highly desirable
