The Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Executive to join our Corporate Property & Casualty team in Dubai. This is a client-facing role that combines technical insurance expertise with commercial acumen - a true "techno-commercial" position where you will manage and grow your own book of business while delivering best-in-class service to corporate clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on their insurance programmes and driving both retention and growth across property, casualty, motor and other general insurance lines.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients with a book value of $250K+ USD
Serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and senior decision-makers
Build strong, long-term partnerships through proactive service and regular client engagement
Maintain a client retention rate of 95%+
Technical Insurance Advisory
Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis across property, casualty, motor and other commercial lines
Design and recommend insurance programmes tailored to client needs
Negotiate terms, premiums and policy wordings with insurers on behalf of clients
Review and advise on policy endorsements, claims and renewals
Business Development
Drive growth within your existing portfolio through cross-selling, upselling and referrals
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Achieve individual revenue growth targets
Contribute to the team's overall business development strategy
What We're Looking For
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance broking (broker-side experience required)
Proven track record of managing and retaining a corporate client portfolio
Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty, Motor and commercial insurance lines
Experience with the UAE insurance market, including local regulations and motor wording, is highly preferred
Skills
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Ability to conduct technical gap analysis and advise on complex insurance programmes
Commercial mindset with a drive for business growth
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
Qualifications
Relevant insurance qualifications (CII, ACII, or equivalent) are preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Languages
English (fluent - required)
Hindi (preferred)
