What the day will look like End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing   Skills and experience that will lead to success: Our ideal candidate will relate to the following: Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking) Outstanding communication and relationship management Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded) Servicing and growing an existing client portfolio Attention to detail Thrives in a learning & growth environment Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)   How we support our colleagues   In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
