As a Client Documentation Associate within our Client Onboarding function, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering payments and receivables solutions to a diverse set of clients around the globe. You will partner directly with clients, bankers, Sales, Service, and KYC to open Commercial Bank accounts, provide clients with legal documentation, and ensure account-related requirements are met. Job Responsibilities:
Manage and support Specialists in operations.Create and distribute data analytics and reporting.Conduct quality reviews for new hires and BAU analysts.Facilitate training for new hires and existing talent.Update Policies and Procedures for audit readiness.Coordinate with internal teams for procedure alignment.Lead initiatives to improve quality and client experience.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
