As an Entitlements Specialist in the Client Document Services team, you enable secure client reference data. You collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand complex requirements and deliver tailored solutions. You help us drive best-in-class service through risk awareness and technology innovation. Together, we create a culture of empowerment and accountability. Job Responsibilities
Manage client instructions and queries with accuracy and timeliness, in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.Liaise with the CAS team to set up client reference data in the respective application for trade readiness.Interface with other operations departments to research and resolve inquiries, including escalated matters.Learn and apply skills in innovation, market product knowledge, and artificial intelligence to identify opportunities for improving and optimizing trade lifecycle processes.Maintain strict controls and compliance in all access management activities.Foster a risk-aware and accountable team environment.Ensure seamless onboarding and maintenance of registered client reference data.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a client liaison role within a financial organizationStrong verbal and written communication skills for client interactionComfortable engaging with both internal and external clientsStrong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in multi-queued environments handling frontline and back-end transactionsEffective team player and self-motivatedAbility to work independently under time-sensitive business deadlinesProven time management and attention to detail
