Responsibilities:\n\n\u2022 Update indicative data as requested by client representatives on behalf of participants and institutions as outlined in the SLA.
\u2022 Use third party database to research updated addresses for participants who have an outdated address listed in their record.
\u2022 Export reports to Excel and format reports to be imaged.
\u2022 Update Client payment addresses in order to ensure monthly payments are sent out correctly.
\u2022 Monitor several Microsoft Outlook mailboxes in order to expedite the client's request to update indicative data.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Strong typing and ten key skills.
\u2022 Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.
\u2022 Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\u2022 Possess general computer knowledge (data entry)
\u2022 1-2 years prior office services related experience.
\u2022 Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
\u2022 Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
\u2022 Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
\u2022 Prior database management experience a plus.
